3RD TRIMESTER ESSENTIALS

My 2nd Trimester Essentials here

I cannot believe how fast the weeks are flying. I am now nearly 30 weeks pregnant with only 10 or so weeks left to go... I have 4 weeks left at work it's crazy! I am only in my third trimester by a few weeks but my cravings, obsessions and needs have deffo changed! Here is what I feel I cannot live without right now, and maybe you can relate?!

  • Bio-Oil I have been using this religiously alongside coco butter, sadly I only started when I started to get faint little marks, but I believe using both has kept them from getting worse. Ladies as soon as you find out you're pregnant, get stocked up and slapping it on daily! I wish I had started sooner!!!
  • Maternity leggings.... nothing else fits me - and they are much more comfortable than your standard Primark leggings that sit round you waist.
  • Antenatal class - I have only been to 2 but they are amazing! They are really helping me to relax and practise my breathing and I have learnt so much. I would recommend you booking free classes if you can or paying for private - you will not be disappointed.
  • Forever Living Propolis Creme - As some of you may know I am a distributor for the Forever Living company. We specialise is Aloe Vera products, from beauty, wellness, skincare, health & weight management, animal & home products. The Propolis creme has really calmed down my pregnancy acne and cleared it up in about a week, I still use it now because I love the results it gives my skin and how it makes it feel.
  • Rennie heartburn tablets - pop 2 and your good to go in a couple of minutes! I don't know why it has taken me so long to actually take something for the pain!
  • Chocolate buttons - my weakness, the joke is I used to HATE Dairy Milk chocolate and now I cannot get enough, and the baba can't either.... ops!
  • Sports/Bandeau bras - I cannot stand wearing wired bras any more, so uncomfortable. I have switched to wearing bandeau style or sports bras. I should probably be wearing maternity bras, but too me there to expensive and a sports bra is the same!
